What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard catalog styles, there is no minimum order — you can order as few as 1 unit. For custom logo orders, MOQ starts at 50–100 pieces depending on the technique (laser, silk-screen, or hot-stamp).
How quickly can you ship my order?
In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. Express shipping (FedEx/UPS/DHL) delivers to the US in 2–3 days and UK/EU in 3–5 days. Standard dropshipping takes 7–9 days to the US.
Do you offer custom logo and private label services?
Yes! We offer three customization techniques: laser engraving, silk-screen printing, and hot-stamping. Logo positions include temples, inside arms, lenses, boxes, and pouches. We provide a mock-up before production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, bank transfer (T/T), Western Union, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. PayPal is recommended for first-time orders for buyer protection.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to 150+ countries. Major destinations include the US, UK, EU, Australia, Canada, and the Middle East. We also offer USA DDP Economy (tax-included) for orders over 20kg.
What if I receive damaged goods?
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We'll reship the affected items at no extra cost. All orders undergo pre-shipment inspection and are reinforced-packed to minimize transit damage.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Absolutely. You can order individual samples at retail price through our website. Sample costs are refundable against your first bulk order of 100+ pieces.
